Xin Ouyang

I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Economics, Tsinghua University
and have been a visiting scholar at the Center for Labor and a Just Economy, Harvard University.

My research focuses on technological innovation and identity-based inequality. I use cutting-edge generative AI and causal inference methods to explore how emerging technologies and institutional change reshape firms’ strategic decisions, including innovation strategy, leadership, and the allocation of human capital.
